General Description

STAR RUST-X is an acrylic based coating that hides and stops rust spots in asphalt pavements. Without the use of STAR RUST-X, rust spots erupt even through sealcoated surfaces.

Recommended Uses

On all asphalt surfaces with rust spotting problems; parking lots, airports, gas stations, home driveways, schools, malls, etc.

Use STAR Rust-X as a black out paint to hide old traffic markings.

Application Notes

• Clean the rust spotted areas with a broom or air blower, to remove all adhering dirt and debris.
• Use brush, roller or spray to apply STAR RUST-ARREST to treat rust spotted areas.
• Do not apply when rain is in the forecast within 4 hrs. Apply only when the ground and ambient temperatures are min. 50 º F and rising and sustained for at least 8 hrs.
