STAR AVIATOR is a specialty grade sealcoating based on Refined Tar (water based), meeting all applicable FAA specifications and performance requirements. It is superior to conventional FAA mix designs, because of the rubber/polymers and specialty chemicals are hot blended at the factory. On-site blending of rubbers/polymers is NOT necessary. Pre-shipments certifications are provided.
